What can you expect

Escape from the crowds and visit the Elephant Care House in Khao Phanom Bencha National Park only a 15-minute drive from Krabi Town. It is surrounded by untouched lush forests and mountain ranges and boasts Krabi’s highest altitude at 1,397 meters above the sea level, home to natural wonders like waterfalls, streams and caves.

The elephants belong to the locals and are treated like a family. A strong belief in human-elephant interaction is what makes Krabi Elephant House so special. You are able to have a life-enhancing experience with these magnificent animals and learn about them in a natural and relaxed environment.

Walk with the elephants along a stream in the jungle and watch how they take a muddy bath. You can clean the elephant's skin and even take a bath with them. Feed them pineapples and bananas, and observe these gentle giants as they enjoy their newfound freedom.

  • 08:45 - 09:45: Transfer to the elephant camp
  • 09:45 - 10:00: Meet the guide and change clothes
  • 10:00 - 10:45: Walk with the elephants along a stream
  • 10:45 - 11:00: Apply a muddy treatment to the elephant's skin
  • 11:00 - 12:00: Bath with the elephants and give food
  • 12:00 - 12:30: Enjoy some delicious fruits
  • 12:30 - 13:00: Transfer back to your hotel
