Responsibilities

Manage online bookings from A to Z
Work with our highly sophisticated booking software made in-house
Create custom offers, chat online with our guests and manage availabilities
Talk with customers on the phone
Reply trip reviews
Collaborate with international partners like GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor/Viator, Expedia, TUI, Musement, Klook, Tiqets, etc.
Work closely with local operators in Southern Thailand

Qualifications

Thai Nationality (Age between 23-30)
Strong English skills, speaking, reading, writing and understanding
Good computer skills, reading and writing emails on iMac
Work productively and accurately
Good attitude and enthusiastic personality
An independent problem solver
Out-of-the-box thinker
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or related fields
We are seeking recent graduates or early career professionals
